Despite her trailblazing accomplishments and ubiquitous presence, much of the legacy of Oscar-winner Hattie McDaniel is unacceptably unknown. In a bold move and in partnership with some of entertainment’s leading figures, her estate has decided to share her complete story through a collaboration with the Colorado Women’s Hall of Fame to create a special film project on her life.
