The Hattie McDaniel Project

Kevin John Goff will be working with the non-profit, the Colorado Women’s Hall of Fame (CWHF), on a film about his great-grandaunt, Oscar-winning actress Hattie McDaniel. Mr. Goff will be interviewed for the film and will also serve as one of the film’s producers.
He is currently reaching out to individuals and organizations to acquire donations/contributions to secure the film’s budget of $12,000.00. The films by CWHF are 26:40 in length and submitted to PBS each year for Emmy consideration. CWHF has won several Emmy Awards over the years for their films spotlighting Colorado’s most prominent women. Information about the CWHF can be viewed at www.cogreatwomen.org.

Mr. Goff is an actor, writer, and producer from Los Angeles.He is currently in the Fort Collins/Denver areas of Colorado performing research on his family, The McDaniels.
